Class Day Speaker Raymond P. Daddazio ’75, ’76, ’82, president and CEO of Weidlinger Associates, the consulting engineering firm that provides services world-wide, offered graduates practical advice:

“If you are not getting proper mentoring, complain.

“If your complaints are not heeded, get a new job. Don’t waste your time. . .

“Things are changing fast and if you don’t keep up, you will be marginalized. . . .

“Be flexible in the face of change; learn to communicate effectively; learn to work effectively in groups. . . .

“Being in the right place at the right time with the right group of people does help.”
