  • Bi-Weekly Office Hours (Tuesdays, 3-4pm and Thursdays, 12-1pm)

    Open to all SEAS community members, ECE Office Hours are hosted in Lerner on Tuesdays and Carleton Commons on Thursdays to listen and learn from our community members. This is your chance to connect with our team, get answers to your questions, and learn about our initiatives. We encourage everyone to stop by and share their ideas or explore ways to get involved.

  • Focus on community building, stakeholder support and intergroup engagement

    Open to all SEAS community members, ECE, in collaboration with student societies, alumni, departments and administrative offices creates programming that emphasizes belonging, engaged pluralism and shared purpose. Signature efforts include the Alumni Storytelling Project: In These Hallowed Halls, a Women’s History Month STEM Celebration jointly organized with SWE, and Pride celebrations, to name a few. These programs exemplify our goal of creating spaces that reflect the full breadth of our community’s voices and experiences.

  • Cultural and identity celebration

    Open to all SEAS community members, we are dedicated to celebrating and amplifying all SEAS voices through programming, events and workshops that help educate the community while honoring individuals who hold unique identities. Efforts include tabling events for Lunar New Year, Black History Month, National Coming Out Day, and more.

  • Monthly Community Hour lunch-and-learns

    Open to all SEAS community members, the ECE Community Hour is a monthly luncheon series that connects students with faculty to build community and provide mentorship. The program's primary goal is to support all students in STEM by giving them an informal setting to learn from the personal and career journeys of SEAS faculty members.

  • Monthly Listening Sessions with student leaders

    Open to undergraduate and graduate SEAS students, Our office is committed to listening and learning from our student leaders. We hold monthly open dialogues for undergraduate and graduate leaders to connect with our team, helping us better understand student needs.
