My name is Kaitlynn Liriano, and I am the Professional Development and Leadership Officer at Columbia Engineering.
In my role, I manage a degree-required Professional Development and Leadership course (ENGI4000/ENGI6000) for the graduate population at SEAS to facilitate students' learning of real-world hard and soft skills to boost their career prospects and gain a competitive edge in the job market.
