Co-founder and Director of Julia Gabriel Education

Donglei Zhou is Co-founder and Director of Julia Gabriel Education in Shanghai, China. Previously, she was a partner at Trustbridge Partners, a Shanghai-based venture capital and private equity firm.

She co-founded Trustbridge Partners in 2007 with Shujun Li, a colleague at Shanda Interactive Entertainment Limited, where she served as a director of business development and investor relations.

She has also worked as an investment manager at Japan-based Softbank Infrastructure Fund in Beijing and as a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley in New York.

Donglei sits on the board of her children's school and has invested in a private kindergarten in Pudong. In 2016, she was considering opening a second school in Pudong.

Donglei and her husband keep an apartment on the Upper East Side and Donglei has previously spent the summer months in NYC with her children.

Ms. Zhou received a BS in applied mathematics and economics from SEAS in 2000 and an EMBA from the China Europe International Business School in 2010. She was a Fu Scholar at Columbia. She is married to Harry Hui, a founder and managing partner of private equity firm Clearvue Partners.
