Searches & Hiring
Each fall, and in consultation with the Department Chairs, the Columbia Engineering Dean approves a finite number of full-time faculty hiring lines based on an assessment of departmental needs.

Faculty at Columbia Engineering undergo onboarding and orientation as part of their introduction to the University and New York City.

Retirement
