Mentor Committees

Mentoring at SEAS is a group effort. In consultation with Department Chairs, incoming faculty members are assigned to a mentoring committee to oversee their professional growth. This may consist of other faculty members from their department, other departments, or faculty from other institutions in their shared disciplines.
