Cassandra Armstrong

In this role, she provides front-line administrative support, efficiently handles inquiries and directs them to the appropriate channels. She is meticulous in managing office equipment, updating the event calendars, hosting events, maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, creating work tickets, working directly with contractors, meeting with vendors, and working directly with the facilities team to ensure smooth operations in the workplace.

In addition to her solid administrative support, she's also the office manager for the new engineering space. The new Columbia Engineering Innovation Hub officially opened in 2022. It has office spaces, a classroom, an open workspace, and an event space.

The success of the new location is because of her strong work ethic and continued professionalism.
