Doreen Duffy
Director of Alumni Relations
Doreen Duffy is Director of Alumni Relations for Columbia Engineering, in charge of managing the Alumni Relations Team as well as key planning and functions relating to alumni engagement, volunteer management, and events for the School of Engineering.
She joined Columbia University on the Strategic Events team within the Office of Alumni and Development, overseeing a diverse engagement portfolio of donor, alumni, and internal events, executing a variety of celebrations and milestones, and establishing key partnerships across the University and NYC. Doreen came to Columbia from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, where she managed a revitalized alumni relations program. Prior to entering higher education, Doreen began her career at a Westchester-based event boutique, gaining valuable experience managing all aspects of event logistics and client relations for multiple non-profit agencies. Doreen holds a Bachelors of Arts in Communications from Pace University and Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership from Mercy College. A native New Yorker, Doreen loves to travel and spend time outdoors.
