Kim Kefgen

Joining the Engineering School in 2023, she works with clients and partners to meet their unique educational goals, developing programs and leading project delivery for executive education.

Beginning in the theater world, she headed a not-for-profit that nurtured hundreds of women artists who went on to successful careers in and out of the arts. As the director of teaching and learning at Columbia Business School, she supported innovative curriculum projects and creative teaching practices. At Teachers College, as a part of the innovation unit, EdLab, she created revolutionary learning spaces - physical, virtual, formal and informal.

She is an alum of both TC and Columbia Business School where she received her MA in higher ed and her MBA respectively. Kim is also a mother, an involved parent in the NYC public school system, and an active member of the Harlem community. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and a friendly game of poker.
