Sara McDonald

She has a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Framingham State University. Sara has been at Columbia for several years, working in multiple departments. She joined Columbia in the Earth Institute where she was in charge of post-award finance for their many federal and privately sponsored research projects. She also worked for Columbia World Projects as the Budget Manager, where she managed departmental and research budgets as well as conducted financial planning and analysis. Prior to her work at Columbia, Sara worked as an accountant at private engineering consultation firms, and was active duty in the U.S. Air Force.
