The Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science is located in the S.W. Mudd Building at 500 West 120th Street (between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue) on the Morningside campus of Columbia University.
Prospective graduate students are also invited to join us for a virtual information session. Dates and times will be posted soon.
Several hotels situated close to campus offer deals for campus visitors.
We offer general information sessions, campus tours, and class visits, which are arranged through the Columbia University Visitors Center.
Engineering tours supplement general campus tours. Current Columbia Engineering undergraduate students conduct these tours on Mondays and Fridays, as well as some Thursdays, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Visitors must register in advance.
For graduate students, we also offer Academic Department and Program Specific Information Sessions. You can sign up for the Industrial Engineering and Operations Research Department, and the Data Science Institute Graduate Information Session directly. For information sessions at all other engineering programs, please contact Graduate Student Affairs, where prospective students can also schedule an individual appointment with a representative.
Print a campus map and directions to the University in anticipation of your visit.
