Allison Elliott

Allison leads executive communications for Columbia Engineering, serving as the primary writer and strategist for the Dean and senior leadership. She develops speeches, remarks, talking points, presentations, op-eds, and multimedia content that advance the School’s strategic priorities and strengthen its voice with diverse audiences, including students, faculty, alumni, partners, and the press. Allison plays a key role in shaping content strategy, ensuring that complex ideas are translated into clear, compelling narratives that strengthen the School’s reputation and impact. Prior to Columbia, she worked in business communications. 

Allison holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Emerson College and a BA in English/Creative Writing from Emory University.
