Esthefany is a dedicated HR & Events Operations Manager in the Department of Chemical Engineering, where she oversees human resources operations and coordinates strategic departmental initiatives. She manages administrative and academic appointments, onboarding, and HR processes, while supporting seminars, conferences, and other high-visibility events that enhance the department’s community and visibility.

With a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development from NYU, she brings expertise and a detail-oriented approach to her role. In addition to her university position, Esthefany is the founder and lead planner/designer of her own event planning company, highlighting her passion and proficiency in both HR management and event coordination. Her work is guided by the belief that both strong operations and meaningful experiences are rooted in precision, intention, and care.
