Lauren Hudak is the Director of Institutional Reporting and Analytics in the Office of the Dean.
Lauren Hudak is the Director of Institutional Reporting and Analytics in the Office of the Dean and leads the Institutional Research (IR) team. This collaborative team leverages the University’s data systems to develop timely, user-friendly solutions that align with Columbia Engineering's strategic priorities.
By fostering strong partnerships with key stakeholders, the IR team co-creates and implements data-driven solutions related to student academic success, faculty affairs, and financial planning. Lauren is also a member of the University’s Data Governance Working Group.
Lauren holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Political Science and Psychology from McGill University. With over a decade of experience in the higher education sector, she is committed to collaborating with her colleagues to leverage data insights to advance the academic and research priorities of Columbia Engineering.
