For the fifth year in a row, our online master’s is ranked #1 by U.S. News. Our online MS in computer science is #1 for the second year, and our online graduate engineering program for veterans is #2.

For the fifth year in a row, U.S. News & World Report has named the Columbia Video Network America’s top online graduate engineering program. CVN was also named the #2 online graduate engineering program for veterans, and its online master’s in computer science has been ranked #1 for the second year in a row.

Providing wide-ranging opportunities for part-time students to earn degrees, certifications and more, Columbia Video Network (CVN) combines state-of-the-art technological resources with decades of experience pioneering distance education to bring Columbia Engineering’s extensive expertise everywhere. Since its founding in 1986, the program has delivered Columbia curricula to millions of students in some 200 countries. In recent years, it created the university’s first massive open online courses (MOOCs), focusing on education and professional development in areas including financial engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, and construction management. CVN is currently developing further offerings on edX, Coursera, and other platforms for both mass enrollment and more personalized learning.
